Return & Shipping Policy
If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 21calendar days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. In other to qualify for a refund, product cannot be used or tampered in anyway and hair must be in the condition it was received. If you choose to return order for any reason we would accommodate your refund request, however the product must be in the same condition as it was sent . Tags cannot be removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. You must email us to get an approval for your return within 21 calendar days from receipt of your package.
For any reason you want to exchange your order, you may do so within 21 days upon receipt. We do not charge restocking fee for any returns or exchange.
Please remember to place your order with the utmost care. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Ashley Hair Company, and is null and void of guarantee. Ashley Hair Company is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.
Please note that Virgin Remy hair is all natural and the color cannot always be guaranteed so refunds or exchanges may not be issued for dissatisfaction with the texture or color of hair
